from dies and cast that are very old. It takes a good
eye to tell good parts from inferior parts. As for PLA
parts, they are coming out all the time from military
storage and sold as surplus. In Beijing PLA parts are
considered as normal parts. PLA surplus bikes are also
very common in Beijing and many are used for spare parts.
